I really enjoyed working with Rosa. It was our first time buying a home and there was a lot of unknowns. We met with her several months before we actually started looking at homes. She was informative and answered our questions promptly. She walked us through the whole process and spent a long time answering our questions even though it was going to be 4-5 months before we might start looking. When the time came we picked Rosa. I liked that when we went looking at homes: She was there early and had the home ready for us to tour. She would stay off to the side and let us look over the place at our pace.
